| N. I. Teijin Shoji Co. (Chuo-ku, Osaka: President: Junji Morita) will open a flagship store for Italian fashion brand LUCIANO SOPRANI on Tuesday, September 9 in Ginza. |

In 2004, N. I. Teijin Shoji started selling the LUCIANO SOPRANI brand under license in Japan. Creating a completely novel niche of “luxury prêt-a-porter” positioned between foreign luxury brands and domestic high-quality ready-made clothing, LUCIANO SOPRANI made quite a sensation and succeeded in expanding its specialty store channels.
Based on the past four years of high reputation and performance, N. I. Teijin Shoji will now open a flagship free-standing store of LUCIANO SOPRANI in Ginza to increase the brand’s visibility. |

| The store is a meticulous replica of Luciano Soprani's showroom at its Milan headquarters, reflecting the brand's basic idea: "a simple and sophisticated world." Base colors of black and white are used throughout the interior and exterior of the store, their sharp contrast imparting tense atmosphere and high spirituality. Materials—including those ordered from Italy—are carefully selected to punctuate the high quality and elegance embodied by LUCIANO SOPRANI 's brand concept in Japan. |

Making the most of Ginza Flagship Store's showroom, we will further increase consumers' awareness of the brand in the metropolitan market.
We will take advantage of the presence of Ginza flagship store to expand business by promoting sales in the first-line products while developing other goods, including those for men, accessories, and ladies' second-line products. |
